The 4th Annual Enterprising Woman Business Plan Competition
The Business Center and Mt. Airy USA presented the 4th Annual Enterprising Woman Business Plan Competition. The event was sponsored by National Penn Bank and Co-sponsored by Sovereign Bank, Wachovia and Advance Bank. Prizes in each category were as follows: First Place - $3,000, Second Place - $500, Third Place - $150. Winners included Therice Dendy (1st Place - Restaurant), Paula Martino (2nd Place - Restaurant), Rhea Ware (1st Place - Serivce), Ebony Dendy (2nd Place - Serivce), Paulette Ceesay (3rd Place Tie - Serivce), Camille Johnson, Karen Alleyne, Munira Mack, Jane Brandon-Brown and Hannah Laurel (3rd Place Tie - Serivce), Cahty Milby (1st Place Retail), Gail Kahn (2nd Place Retail), Lisa Webb Howe, Georgia Doyle and Beth Redpath (3rd Place Retail).
