The Business Center for Entrepreneurship & Social Enterprise honored past and present clients that have demonstrated best practices. Candiates competited in the following categories:
Technonlogy: The Best Practices Award given to a small business in Philadelphia that used technology as a leveraging tool to increase and or to grow their organization
Customer Service/Networking/Relationship Building: The Best Practices Award given to a small business in Philadelphia that provided excellent customer service to its clients, and used networking as a leveraging tool to increase revenue and decrease expenses
Marketing: The Best Practices Award given to a small business in Philadelphia that marketed their products or services with a creative and innovative approach
Green Business: The Best Practices Award given to a "green" small business that provided sustainable and eco friendly services or products
Management Team: The Best Practices Award given to a small business that developed a solid team of professionals that operate cohesively to build the organization's mission
