Rating Scale: 
5 = Superior, 4 = Excellent, 3 = Good, 2 = Fair, 1 = Poor

Criteria:

    1. Introduction

Clear and convincing explanation of business idea and concept.
Concept is creative in design
Business idea fills a distinct and well described niche in the marketplace
Business will generate employment and surrounding economic growth

    2. Marketing

Reasonably assesses target market
Clearly describes how customers will be identified and reached for sale of product or service.
Reasonably assesses competition.
Clearly states a plan to address significant competitive dynamics.

    3. Financial Analysis

Demonstrates that everything stated so far makes good business sense and is consistent with the numbers peppered throughout the plan.

    4. Management Team Feasibility

Clearly describes the scope of skills of the management team

    5. Use of Demonstration Visuals or Product Samples
