The TBC Urban Farming Initiative, in partnership with Grow & Glow Philly, is a community-driven program designed to improve food access, promote healthy living, create entrepreneurship opportunities, and strengthen workforce development throughout Philadelphia.

By combining urban agriculture, education, environmental stewardship, and economic empowerment, the initiative helps residents develop the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to build healthier and more sustainable communities.
